ZIP RAR ACE Password Recovery With Key

ZIP, RAR and ACE file types are all files that have been compressed in order to make it easier to send and share them online without taking up a great deal of space. When you use one of these methods to compress a file, you have the option of setting a password that the recipient must have in order to open the file and restore it to its original size. If you've forgotten your ZIP, RAR or ACE password, third party software can help you recover it.

  Download the password recovery program of your choice.   Click the "Download" link on the website beneath or next to the program's name, then click "Save File" in the dialog box that opens, asking if you'd like to save the program.

  Double-click the program's icon on your desktop to open it. Click "Install" on the bottom right of the window that opens. Installation typically only takes a few minutes.

  Click "OK" when the dialog box appears, indicating installation is complete. Double-click the program's icon on your desktop again to launch the program.

  Locate your ZIP, RAR or ACE file in the menu and click it. Click "Recover" and wait as the program retrieves your password.
