How to Get a Job As a Fire Fighter
Traffic accidents, medical emergencies and, of course, fires trigger the need for the local fire department to respond. Fire fighters are usually the first emergency response team to arrive at a scene. The job requires physical strength and agility and the ability to work as a team. It is common for fire fighters to provide first care and emergency services to those who are wounded, to combat fires and to enter smoking buildings in search of trapped victims and survivors.
