How to Remove Old Drive Letters From Virtual DJ

Virtual DJ allows you to create the music and sounds a traditional DJ creates by using a computer setup instead of actual turntables, mixers and stacks of equipment. The software is designed to give you easy access to your music and sound and to help you organize the components of your DJ setup. Drive letters allow you to quickly identify the hard drives you have connected to your computer. The program further allows you to choose how to identify your drives. And, in the event that you need to remove a drive letter, there is a simple process to do that as well.

  Start the Virtual DJ and expand its window so you are inside the program.

  Select "Control Panel," from the main toolbar, then "System and Maintenance," then "Administrative Tools" finally "Computer Management."

  Click "Remove." You will be prompted by the program to confirm that you want to remove the drive. Click "Yes," and the drive will be removed.
