How to Remove a Search from the Taskbar
The Windows taskbar can easily become cluttered on your PC. Once you have a few programs running and your tray icons are building up, you can quickly lose space. It can become hard to multi-task and take full advantage of your computer when you can't see what is running. In newer versions of Windows, Microsoft has included a Search section on your taskbar. This Search box can be quite useful, but there is another Search box already on your "Start" menu. To remove clutter, you can remove the Search box from your taskbar and gain yourself some extra space.
