How to Reset the Service Reminder on a 2001 Audi S4
The 2001 Audi S4 is equipped with a maintenance reminder system that illuminates a warning in the instrument cluster when it is time for service. A computer calculates each service interval. In order for the system to operate properly, the service reminder must be reset after maintenance has been performed. Audi dealers will reset the service reminder if they perform the maintenance. If you maintain the S4 yourself, you can manually reset the reminder.
