How to Retrieve Information From a PDA

Retrieving information from your PDA, or personal digital assistant, allows you to back up your data to your computer. This way you can have a copy of it in case your PDA is lost or stolen. It will also allow you to transfer your data to another PDA in case you upgrade to a new one. Getting the information off your device is simple and only requires a few minutes to do.
