Open the Cisco Call Manager application.

Click the "Services" control panel.

Disable the "NetworkTimeProtocol" service.

Synchronize the time with a remote Time server by inputting this command within the command prompt:
ntpdate x.x.x.x
The IP address of the Time server should replace "x.x.x.x"
Synchronize the time with a broadcast router by inputting this command within the command prompt:
ntpdate x.x.x.x
Replace "x.x.x.x" with the IP address of the Ethernet port of the router.

Click on the "Services" control panel and restart the "NetworkTimeProtocol" service. You have now set the time with Cisco Call Manager.
