How to Use a Magellan Triton 300

The Magellan Triton 300, a hand-held GPS unit, has a base map of the continental United States and Canada, and offers accuracy of up to 3 meters. The unit uses two AA batteries, which can last for up to 10 hours with normal usage. You can create a route from your current position to a destination, follow a route with multiple stops or backtrack along the path you have taken to your starting point. The Triton is controlled using a nine-button keypad. A center "Enter/cursor" button has directional arrows along the edges and will move the cursor up, down, left or right. The middle of the button acts as the "Enter" key.
