• The HP Compaq NC6000 is a notebook laptop produced by Hewlett Packard and first released in 2005. The product also uses the Compaq branding because HP acquired Compaq in 2002. This device was marketed for business use, and it includes the Windows XP operating system. Notebooks are favored for business use because they are small enough to be portable, but are still powerful enough to cope with large spreadsheets and databases.

This can be replaced by a high-capacity eight-cell battery, which has a capacity of 63 watt-hours and weighs 0.94 pounds. There is also another eight-cell replacement battery available with a capacity of 53 watt-hours and a weight of 0.86 pounds.
