1993 Dodge 250 Torque Specs

    • The 1993 Dodge Ram 250 came to the market in two trim models: the regular cab and the club cab. The club cab trim, which was introduced to compete with similar Ford and GM trucks, features an additional row of seats behind the front seat. Both trims are four-wheel drive trucks and feature eight-foot long cargo beds.

    Engine, Torque and Fuel Economy

    • Both the regular cab and club cab trims come standard with a 5.2-liter 230-horsepower V8 engine and a five-speed manual overdrive transmission, with an optional four-speed automatic overdrive transmission. Both trucks produce 300 ft.-lbs of torque at 3200 rpm.

      Both trims feature a 30-gallon gas tank and 13 miles per gallon (mpg) in the city and 16 mpg on the highway when using the standard manual transmission. If using the optional four-speed automatic transmission, however, fuel efficiency drops slightly to 12 mpg city and 16 mpg highway.

    • Both the regular cab and club cab trims of the 1993 Dodge Ram 250 come standard with antilock brakes.

    Interior

    • With seating for three, the 1993 Dodge Ram 250 regular cab offers passengers 40 inches of headroom, 39.4 inches of legroom, 64.2 inches of shoulder room and 65 inches of hip room.

      The two-door club cab trim measures 231.8 inches long, 79.5 inches wide and 74.4 inches tall. It features a wheelbase of 149 inches and a turning diameter of 50.7 feet.

    Pricing

    • The 1993 Dodge Ram 250 Regular Cab debuted with a manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) of $17,691, while the Club Cab model was introduced with an MSRP of $19,550. As of October 2010, the Kelley Blue Book valued both models between $2,275 and $2,675.
