The 2007 Dodge Sprinter was available in two trim levels, with two wheelbases, along with two V-6 engines and a high roof with more than 6 feet of interior height. Although the 2007 Dodge Sprinter was less powerful than its competitors, it did provide class-leading fuel economy and interior cargo space.

The fuel-injected engine has a bore and stroke of 83.0 mm by 92.0 mm and an 18:1 compression ratio. This setup generates 154 horsepower at 3,400 RPM and 280 foot-pounds of torque at 1,200 RPM. An optional 3.5-liter V-6 gasoline engine was available in the Sprinter 2500 trims. Also featuring dual overhead camshafts, 24 valves and fuel injection, this V-6 produces 254 horsepower at 5,900 RPM and 250 foot-pounds of torque at 2,500 RPM.

The largest is the 2007 Dodge Sprinter 3500 Extended on a 170.3-inch wheelbase, measuring 289.2 inches in length, 79.6 inches in width and 107.5 inches in height.
