    • Fiber One cereals are a great way to boost your fiber intake. One serving of Fiber One Original cereal by General Mills has 14 grams of fiber, which is 57 percent of your daily fiber requirement. In addition to providing more than half of your daily fiber needs, the cereal has 0 grams of fat and a mere 60 calories per serving. Other varieties of Fiber One cereals include Honey Clusters, Raisin Bran Clusters, Caramel Delight and Shredded Wheat. These varieties contain a minimum of 9 grams of fiber per serving. Fiber One can be used as a yogurt topping, as a substitute for croutons, as a coating for baked chicken or fish and as an on-the-go snack.

    Kashi Go Lean

    • Kashi Go Lean is made of fiber twigs, whole grains, soy protein grahams and Sesame Puffs. One serving of Kashi Go Lean Original has 10 grams of fiber and provides 40 percent of your daily fiber needs. The lightly sweetened cereal is low in fat and is a good source of protein. Kashi Go Lean's other cereal varieties include Crunch, Crisp-Toasted Berry Crumble and Crunch-Honey Almond Flax. All of these contain 8 or 9 grams of fiber.

    Kellogg's All-Bran

    • One serving of Kellogg's All-Bran Original has 10 grams of fiber and provides 51 percent of your daily fiber needs. The cereal is made from wheat bran and psyllium. The company claims that by eating the cereal - or one of its varieties - on a daily basis for seven days, you can clean out your system, feel lighter and have more energy. All-Bran varieties include Strawberry Medley and Complete Wheat Flakes. Aside from eating All-Bran for breakfast, you can also get additional fiber by using the cereal in recipes for muffins, cookies and brownies. All-Bran makes a good yogurt topping and baked chicken or fish coating.
