Chirstmas Display Window Ideas

  • Santa's Workshop

    • Take rectangular coffee tables and place them lengthwise. Cover the tables with butcher paper. Dress child mannequin as elves, and place them sitting around the table with different toys in front of them. Also, place tools on the table, like screwdrivers, hammers and scissors. Put a decorated Christmas tree toward the back of either side of the display and dress a male mannequin up as Santa, with full beard and belly, reading through a list of names. Decorate the back wall of the display with more butcher paper, attaching big blue snowflakes and candy canes.

    Miniature Winter Scene

    • Recreate a miniature town with houses, buildings, churches and townspeople with model train sets. Attach pulled apart cotton balls around the scene so as to appear as snowfall. Create a frozen lake with a piece of poster board or cardboard colored bluish-gray, and attach saran wrap on top to give it an icy look. Place ice-skating people on top of the ice. Put a miniature Christmas tree in the middle of town and place a model set of carolers next to it. Include other townspeople around the display and have model cars in the streets.

    Christmas Morning

    • Place a Christmas tree in the back corner of the display and set up typical living room furniture centered in the front, like a couch and arm chair. Have a family of mannequins, such as a father, mother, son and daughter, in their pajamas. Place the mother and father on the furniture and have the children on the floor opening up presents. Place toys and crushed wrapping paper around the children. On the side opposite the Christmas tree, construct an artificial fireplace and mantel with stockings hanging off of it.
