Cuttlebug Easter Ideas

  • Cards

    • Elegant greeting cards for Easter are made using Cuttlebug embossing folders to add lace-like flowers, swirls and textured patterns. Intricate cross, lily blossom and border die cuts are combined for a beautiful religious celebration card. Spring blossoms and animals that are die cuts or ink-stamped images are embossed with Cuttlebug texture to decorate a layered card.

    Decorations

    • Cuttlebug die cuts and embossing elements make it possible to make 3-D Easter decorations with flowers, bunnies and various shapes. A straw, cloth or card stock wreath is decorated with layers of Cuttlebug spring and Easter elements to be hung on a door or wall. Refrigerator magnets, gift tags, decorative pins, plant pokes and mobiles are samplings of the many decorative items to be made with Easter shapes.

    Easter Bunny

    • Embossing folders add texture and lacy patterns to pillow boxes and envelopes that are filled with Easter treats. Cuttlebug paper box die cuts can be used to make small Easter baskets that are decorated with die-cut bunnies and flowers. Jars and paint cans decorated with embossed paper, bunnies, flowers, chicks and eggs can be filled with treats for Easter gifts.

    Scrapbook Memories

    • Cuttlebug frame die cuts and Easter shapes are useful for scrapbooking layouts. Easter photos are enhanced by paper die cuts including animal images that are embossed to add an elegant look to the spring holiday memory page.
