Excersices That Help Build Muscle Fast

  • Squats

    • Performing squats with your legs is a crucial exercise to building muscle quickly. Squats work multiple muscles in your body, not only your legs. During a squat lift, you must use your back, biceps, core muscles, and legs to balance and lift the weight. Because so many muscles on your body are used and exhausted, your body will repair tissues quickly as a natural response. Place your body weight on a weight bar and lower yourself, with your back straight, until your thighs are parallel with the floor.

    Chest Pump

    • Chest pumps involve shocking your pectoral muscles into fast growth via exercising "super-sets." By performing this method of pectoral exercise, you keep your muscles "guessing," which equates to quick muscle repair. Perform as many push-ups as you can in one minute, then, without resting, move to a modified push-up position with your knees on the ground. Perform as many modified push-ups in one minute as you can, and finish by holding yourself two inches above the ground for twenty seconds. This is one "set" of "chest pumps." Repeat this exercise three or four times.

    Modified Bicycle-kick

    • The modified bicycle-kick is another exercise that stimulates multiple muscles throughout your body, promoting quick muscle growth overall. The modified bicycle-kick primarily works your abdominal muscles, though your legs play a significant role as well. Lay flat with your back against the floor. Raise your arms above your head, and straighten your right leg, holding it a few inches above the floor. Your left leg should be bent toward you. In one, fluid motion, bring your right elbow to your left knee, then back above your head. Bend your right knee and straighten your left leg, repeating the previous motion with your left elbow.
