Use and Ownership
-
The service agreement mentions that all legal uses of telecommunications are allowed through a customer's Fibernet system. Telephone numbers are not a customer's property when he signs the agreement and may be changed at Fibernet's discretion.
Liability and Damage
-
Fibernet lists situations where it has no liability, including willful misconduct, customer negligence, natural disasters, damages or defacement. The company will compensate for damages or service interruption that result from the fault of the company or its employee. Damages will not exceed the amount paid by Fibernet.
Service Interruptions
-
The company agrees to notify customers in a timely manner for any service-altering activities, such as routine preventative maintenance, equipment additions or removals. Fibernet offers a temporary discontinuance credit for certain service interruptions.
