• Treat your dad to his favorite activity. If your dad is a baseball fan, buy him tickets to the next home game. If your dad loves fishing, send him on a getaway. You can also plan an entire day devoted to your dad. • If the grill is one of your dad's favorite activity, there are several options as gifts. If your budget permits, buy him a new state-of-the-art grill. Your dad will have a lot of fun with it, and your family can reap the benefits of his grilling. If you want to be creative, you can build a set of different marinading sauce, rubs or spice. Be even more imaginative by creating a theme. For example, you can purchase an oversize cowboy hat and fill it with different barbecue sauce, rib rubs and a pair of grilling tongs.

• Parents love novelty gifts, especially one that's personalized and from their children. Coffee mugs, pens, mouse pad or wine glasses can all be personalized with your dad's name, initial or a phrase like "Greatest Dad;" they are traditional personalized gifts he'll appreciate.
