Place butter into the baking pan. Fill it 2 inches thick and put it into the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours to chill. Once chilled, cut into blocks, wrap in parchment paper and store in the freezer until hard.

Once hard, remove the butter from the freezer. Slice down the sides with a cheese slicer to create butter curls. Place curls on top of the plate.

Press butter into cookie cutter molds and into refrigerator to set. Place in warm water when ready for use and slide butter out of the molds and onto the plate.

Use a shot glass for a unique butter mold. Pour butter into the shot glass and level out the top. Refrigerate until ready for use. When ready to use, turn over, run under warm water and set on plate.

Fill a candy mold with butter. Set it in the refrigerator to chill. Remove it from the mold when ready for use.
