Considerations
-
Your life resume should say everything about you your business resume does not. If your passion for reading has transformed you into a semi-expert on literature, you can promote that kind of knowledge on your life resume. Think about what makes you interesting, capable and fun to work with and include those details.
Accomplishments
-
If you won an award for painting but you are not a painter, that information should go on your life resume. We accomplish many things in our lives we are proud of but can't include on our professional resumes, so your life resume in an opportunity to promote your life experience.
Special Skills
-
Add any skills or knowledge you have in subjects outside the area you studied and any experience you have in those areas. If you spent time in another country and learned the language, put that on your life resume.
