How to Add a Crystal Report in Visual Basic 6.0

Visual Basic is a programming language and development environment that you can use to construct graphical user interface applications and ActiveX controls, as well as gain access to databases through Data Access Objects and Remote Data Objects. Crystal Reports is a business intelligence application that enables you to generate reports through a variety of databases. Crystal Reports is not automatically installed within Visual Basic. If you need to chronicle your Visual Basic application programs, you can add a crystal report in a few steps.

      Open the Visual Basic application.

      Click "Start" and "Run."

      Enter "Crystl32.exe" to run the Crystal Reports program. Follow the prompts to complete the installation. You have now added a crystal report to Visual Basic 6.0.
