How to Autoplay in the Shockwave Flash Player

Shockwave is a Flash player from Adobe that is used on many websites that host user-submitted video. Like Java, Flash is meant to be equally accessible across platforms. These sites rely on Shockwave to provide a platform that will allow their videos to be displayed on most any computer and operating system. Users who wish to embed Flash content onto their own websites -- like that which will play as soon as a page is loaded -- must tell the player to use the "Autoplay" feature.
