How to Build a PC Menu
Many users have the Windows operating system installed on a PC, but that does not imply that it is used similarly across the board. For convenience and personalization, a user might wish to create a menu that shows programs, functions and features that get the most traffic. A business user might need fast access to productivity applications, while household users might prefer multimedia programs to watch movies and listen to music. You can customize a menu for your PC if you are not pleased with the default setup in Windows.
