How to Bypass a Hard Drive Password on ThinkPad

The ThinkPad line is a series of laptops produced by IBM. First introduced in 1992, the ThinkPad was one of the first mass-produced laptops on the PC market. IBM's laptop division was purchased by Lenovo in 2005, and the latter now produces the ThinkPad line. As with all consumer-market PCs, the default operating system is Windows. Windows allows for separate user accounts, all of which can have a unique password. If you wish to bypass your password, you can do so via the use of the PC's administrator account.
