How to Change Startup Items in Windows

When you start your computer there are some programs that automatically start running after you've logged in to your desktop. With the Windows 7 operating system installed on your computer you can control what programs open in the startup by using the System Configuration settings. When viewing the list of startup programs, you can determine which applications you want to enable as startup programs and which ones you want disabled.
