How to Change a User Password in LDAP
LDAP stands for Lightweight Directory Access Protocol. It is written for email applications to look up information from a server. You can configure LDAP to look up information such as SSL certificates, printers and other services on a network quickly with an LDAP user name and password. This auto-configuration is ideal for applications that you wish to sync with a server to obtain the most recent connection configurations upon reboot. You can change the password to an LDAP user account by using the "ldappasswd" command.
