How to Control the Programs That Start Up With Windows
Determining which programs boot on Windows start up is controlled by a folder titled "StartUp." In order to launch a program on system start up, you would have to create a shortcut for the program and copy and paste it to the StartUp folder. To stop a program from launching on system start up, you would have to delete the program shortcut from the StartUp folder.
