Multiply the number of volts by 100,000,000 to convert to abvolts, abbreviated abV. For example, if you had 3 volts, you would multiply 3 by 100,000,000 to get 300,000,000 abvolts.

Mutiply the number of volts by 0.00333564 to convert to statvolts. For example, to convert 3 volts to statvolts, you would multiply 3 by 0.00333564 to get 0.00333564 statvolts.

Change the units from volts to watt/ampere, abbreviated W/A, to convert to W/A from volts because one volt equals 1 W/A. For example, 3 volts equals 3 W/A.

How to Convert a Volt
The volt is the SI unit for electrical potential, which is the potential energy per unit of charge. Each volt equals one joule per coulomb of charge of electrical potential. The volt is named in honor of Count Alessandro Volta, an 18th century Italian scientist who also invented the battery. However, even though the volt is the standard unit, other units exist which you may need to convert between to compare electrical potentials.
