How to Create an Adobe 8.0 Writable Form Field
Included in Adobe Systems' Creative Suite of design products, Adobe Acrobat gives you the ability to view and create files using the company's Portable Document Format (PDF). The program also allows you to add customized form fields to PDFs, including check boxes, drop-down menus, list boxes, radio buttons, signature fields and text boxes. Thanks to its point-and-click interface, creating, formatting and placing a writable text box using Acrobat 8.0 requires just a few clicks once you know where to look.
