How to Create Your Own Phone Number With a Phone Card
If you would like your own phone number, you need to use a prepaid phone card. A prepaid phone card allows you to add minutes on your cell phone, whenever you need them. Because of this, you no longer have to pay a monthly bill or sign yourself into a contract. First, you need to purchase a prepaid cell phone with your card.
