How to Create Your Own Windows Internet Explorer Page With Tool Bar

The Windows Internet Explorer toolbar is an instrument designed to make your browsing experience easy. When you open Internet Explorer, your toolbar will be displayed on the upper region of the page. Internet Explorer gives you the ability to set your page to display the toolbar the way that you want it. You can easily create your own page with a personalized toolbar by adding buttons to it that you find useful, while removing the ones that you don't need.

      Launch Internet Explorer and click on the "Tools" menu button on the upper-right side of the window.

      Select the "Toolbars" preference from the drop-down menu.

      Click on the "Customize" option and the "Customize Toolbar" window will appear. This window will display all of the buttons that you can use on your Windows Internet Explorer page. On the left side, below the heading that says "Available toolbar buttons," you will see a list of buttons that you can add to your toolbar page. On the right side, below where it says "Current toolbar buttons," you will see the list of buttons that are already being displayed on your Internet Explorer page.

      Create your Internet Explorer page by deciding which toolbar buttons you want displayed on your browser's page. For instance, if you want to add a button to your page, click on the button displayed below where it says "Available toolbar buttons," then click on the tab that says "Add." On the other hand, if you want to delete buttons from your Internet Explorer page, click on the button displayed below where it says "Current toolbar buttons," then click on the "Remove" tab.

      After you have developed your Windows Internet Explorer toolbar that way that you want it to be displayed, click on the "Close" tab. This is displayed on the upper-right corner of the window.
