Draw the shape of the pennant. According to Sproutonline, draw lines from each corner to the center of the opposite side with a felt pen, using a ruler or yard stick to keep a straight line to trace against.
- 3
Cut the pennant from the large piece of felt with your scissors.
- 4
Trace the lettering and logos with the felt pen on the other-colored pieces of felt, then cut them out.
- 5
Glue the lettering and logos on top of the large pennant. Place heavy objects on top of the lettering and logos to make sure the glue sticks as it dries.

How to Design a Pennant
The prize for winning a championship in baseball is the pennant--indeed, the concept of "winning the pennant" has become ingrained in American culture. Shaped like a very tall isosceles triangle, a pennant is twisted 270 degrees so that it is displayed with the base of the triangle on the left and the tip of the triangle on the right. A pennant can be displayed like a flag or can be mounted on a wall; the material it is made from will determine the best way to display it.
