How to Disable a Honda Accord So It Won't Start

There is a whole series of things that have to happen inside a car for it to start and run properly, and the Honda Accord is no exception to this. Before the wheels start turning, pistons have to start firing within the engine. For that to happen, a functioning spark plug has to be in place and connected. Of course, there are a multitude of ways to disable a car so it won't start, but by far the quickest and easiest method is simply to remove the spark plug. There is little danger to the car or to yourself when doing this, though you could possibly get arrested for doing this to someone else's car without their permission.

Use the boot pliers to turn the spark plug wire boot halfway to the right, then halfway to the left to release the boot lock, then remove the spark plug wire.

Use the torque wrench and spark plug socket to turn the spark plug to the left until it is loose, then remove the spark plug. The car will not start until the spark plug and spark plug wire are reconnected.
