How to Disable Windows Mobile From Changing the Calendar Times in Different Time Zones

Windows Mobile is set to automatically change the time when the device travels into a different time zone, but some users wish to disable this feature for various reasons. This is a simple task and is accomplished by making the "new" time zone a special "visiting" time zone, so the main time zone is still the default time.

  Go to the "Start" menu from the device and select "Settings."

  Select the "System" tab.

  Choose "Clock and Alarms" and go to the "Time" tab.

  Select "Visiting" and enter the correct date and time of the time zone which was traveled into. The time will no longer change when traveling into another time zone.
