How to Get on a Blocked Site Without Using a Proxy

Accessing a blocked Internet Website involves selecting the Web page's URL address and then inputting that into a Hex Encrypter. The Hex Encrypter will generate a set of hex characters which you copy into your browser. Use Hex URLs to bypass proxy micromanagement.

      Go to the SwingNote webpage and type the URL of the blocked Web page you are trying to access in the strong field.

      Click the "Submit" button and right-click the "Hex" encoded URL address, then click the "Copy" option from the menu.

      Right-click in Internet Explorer's address bar and then click the "Paste" button.

      Press the "Enter" key on your keyboard to access the blocked Website.
