How to Increase the Volume on an HP Mini

Hewlett-Packard (HP) is one of the world's largest computer makers. HP's merger with Compaq in the early 2000s quickly made HP a top seller of desktop and laptop PCs. The HP Mini line is a series of netbooks designed to be light and highly-portable. It comes standard with Microsoft's Windows operating system.

      Open the "Start" menu.

      Select "Control Panels."

      Select "Switch to Classic View" on the left panel.

      Click on "Sounds and Audio Devices."

      Under "Device volume," slide the bar setting to the right to increase the master volume.

    Windows 7

      Left-click on the "Speakers" icon on your taskbar.

      Slide the bar settings upward to increase the volume.

      Adjust the sound level to your liking.
