How to Pay a BridgeMaxx Bill Online

BridgeMaxx is a type of Internet service offered by Digital Bridge Communications. You plug a small device into a USB port which gives you access to the Internet. Users of BridgeMaxx can pay their bills online using the online bill payment service. You can set up an online account, make a one-time payment or create a recurring payment. Save your user name and password as BridgeMaxx won't be able to find these for you if you forget them.

  Go to the BridgeMaxx Self Care website and click on the first-time user tab to open the new profile creation screen. Use this screen to select a profile name, where your service is being provided and a profile password.

  Click on the account section button in the top screen menu. Set up your payment method by selecting card type, the card number, the expiration date and a card name. Using a debit card requires entering your bank account and routing numbers into the account screen.

  Click on the payments button in the online bill section. A new screen will load with text in the center of the screen indicating your bill amount. This screen will also indicate your bill's due date. Click on the pay bill button and select the payment account. Type the bill amount in the text box underneath your bill and click send to pay.

  Set up a recurring payment by clicking on the recurring payment button in the online bill section. Set a start date and an end date as well as the bill amount and the payment account. Your bill will be paid on its due date automatically until the end date is reached or you cancel recurring payments.
