Close and lock all doors of your Land Cruiser with the exception of the driver's door, which you should leave open and unlocked.

Put your key in the Land Cruiser's ignition cylinder and promptly remove it.

Press the "Lock" button, followed by the "Unlock" on the driver's-side door control panel. Repeat this process an additional four times to complete five full locking and unlocking cycles. Work at a steady pace of approximately one cycle per second.

Close the driver's side door and open it again.

Use the "Lock" and "Unlock" button on the Land Cruiser's driver's side door to complete another five locking and unlocking cycles.

Insert the key in the vehicle's ignition cylinder and toggle it between the "On" and "Off" positions; quickly remove the key. The power locks will automatically cycle if you have completed this step successfully.

Press and hold the "Lock" and "Unlock" buttons on the keyless remote for one second to program it to your Land Cruiser. Release the buttons and then hold down just the "Lock" button for two seconds; successful programming will be indicated by the vehicle's power locks cycling once.

Close the Land Cruiser's driver's side door to end the keyless entry programming process.
