How to Provide Remote Assistance to Customers Through the Web
If you need to routinely connect to a customer's computer over the Internet to perform a troubleshooting service, you may want to invest in dedicated remote connection software. However, instead of doing this, you can take advantage of the free, built-in remote access software on your Windows computer called Remote Desktop.
