How to Reinstall the Toolbar in Business Contact Manager

The Business Contact Manager toolbar is an add-on application for the Microsoft Office Outlook email client. The software is typically included on a separate installation disc in Microsoft Office 2007 Small Business. It helps you manage your business contacts and their sales and marketing activities. If you are experiencing issues with its toolbar, you may want to reinstall the program. Note that you may need administrative rights to perform this task.

      Navigate to "Microsoft Download Center" (see References).

      Click the "Download" button under the heading "Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2010 Database Tool (Beta)."

      Choose "Save" to save the installation file (.exe) in a secured location on your computer's hard disk.

      Double-click the .exe file that you saved to your hard disk drive. This will launch the installation wizard.

      Follow on-screen prompts to complete the reinstall. Reboot your computer if prompted.
