Pry the plastic screw cover off the point where the visor connects to the roof of the vehicle using a flat-blade screwdriver. This point will be on the right side of the driver's visor and the left side of the passenger's visor.
- 2
Insert a torque screwdriver into the recessed holes to remove the screws holding the visor to the roof. (The number of screws will depend on your car model.) Set the screws aside to use in reattaching or replacing the visor. Support the visor with your arm or free hand to prevent it from falling once you have loosened the screws.
- 3
Gently pull the visor away from the roof of the vehicle.
