How to Remove Cellulite With Chicory

Chicory is a type of flower that grows wild across Canada, Europe and the United States. The strong bitter taste of the flower is popular in the southern U.S. and it's also used in some raw juice recipes. Doctors recommend chicory tea and coffee to help with gallstones and other digestive issues. It may also be beneficial in helping get rid of cellulite.

Juice the grapefruit, pineapple, chicory, Brussels sprouts and cabbage together. Taste the mixture and season with ginger to taste. Add any other spices or seasonings to the mixture that you like.

Go on a juice fast for 48 hours, drinking only the raw juice mixture and water. Make more of the juice mixture as needed. The raw juice may help reduce the appearance of cellulite.

Make drinking the juice mixture part of your regular diet, once you end the fasting period. The chicory in the raw juice may reduce cellulite, but only if you drink it regularly and at least once a day.
