Mix together 1/2 cup baking soda and 1/2 cup water in a bowl until it reaches a paste-like consistency.

Dip the edge of a cotton cloth into the paste.

Gently rub the paste into the ink spot, using a circular motion. Rub as little and as lightly as possible so as to remove the ink but leave the paper intact.

Leave the paper to dry for at least one hour.

If the ink remains, apply a drop of rubbing alcohol to the spot using the same method as in Step 3. Allow the paper to thoroughly dry before reapplying ink.

How to Remove Ink From Pressed Paper
Using ink to decorate pressed paper for cards and artistic purposes is a great idea. The only downside is when a mistake is made, and the ink must be removed. Great care must be taken when removing ink from such delicate paper, so as to avoid damage, but it is possible to do with the help of a few household materials.
