Remove the dock lines. Rinse the surface dirt from the dock lines with a water hose.

Fill a large container with 2 gallons of warm water. Add 2 cups of oxygen bleach and mix with a wooden spoon.

Submerge the dock lines into the mixture. Stir the dock lines with the wooden spoon.

Allow the dock lines to soak in the mixture for several hours. Stir the dock lines every so often during the soaking process with the wooden spoon.

Remove the dock lines from the mixture. Rinse the mixture off the dock lines with a water hose.

Stretch the dock lines out and allow them to air-dry. Attach the lines back to the dock and boat or coil them up neatly and store in a dry area.
