How to Replace Spore Files Lost Games

Spore is a PC- and Mac-based game in which you start out as a single celled organism, and through evolution, become the leader of a tribe, then take over your planet and finally go on a conquest to rule the galaxy (with side quests along the way). The video game does not delete any of your saved games, so there is always a way to recover any games you are unable to find.

  Open the Spore game (either in the "Start" menu on a Windows computer or in the "Finder," "Applications" tab with a Mac computer). Wait for the game to run through its opening sequence.

  Click "Play Offline." Logging onto a user account may prevent you from accessing the game if the account has been removed from the Spore network.

  Move your mouse cursor over the available games. Each game is represented by a different, highlighted planet. The saved game you are having trouble spotting is going to have a date played next to it. There is no data printed next to the other game options.

  Click the game with the date listed next to it, then choose "Play Game." The game then loads onto the screen, right where you left off.
