How to Reset a Norstar M7310 Phone

The Norstar M7310 is a programmable, multi-line business phone. Its primary feature is its programmable memory buttons. Both the dual-memory buttons at the top of the display and the single memory and line buttons beneath them are programmable. The dual-memory buttons hold phone features and phone numbers for easy, one-touch access. And the 10 single memory and line buttons hold one telephone number each. Once a phone number or feature is no longer needed, these easy-to-use buttons are easy to reset to the default state.
  • Reset the Memory Button

      Press the "feature" button followed by "*" then "1."

    • 2

      Press the memory button that you would like to reset.

    • 3

      Press the "OK" button to reset the button. Now that this memory button is reset, it holds no information.

    Program a Memory Button

    • 1

      Press the "feature" button followed by "*" then "1" to program an external phone number. Press the "feature" button followed by "*" then "2" to program an internal phone number. Press the "feature" button followed by "*" then "3" to program a feature.

      Press the memory button that you would like to program.

    • 3

      Dial the external or internal number. Or, to program a feature, press the "feature" button then dial the code of the feature that you would like to program.

      Press "OK" to store an external number. There is no need to press "OK" after programming a feature or internal number.
