Place your check paper in the printer connected to the computer that your QuickBooks software is on.

Open your QuickBooks program and click "File" from the main menu.

Click the "Print Forms" options and then click the "Paychecks" option.

Find the "Bank Account" drop-down menu. Click the arrow on the menu and select the checking account that has the paycheck you would like to print.

Uncheck any of the paychecks on the list that you do not want to print. If you only want to print one paycheck, click "Select None" and click the one paycheck you would like to print.

Click "OK" and then click the "Print" button. This will print out the paycheck or paychecks you selected.
