How to Set Up Wireless on Red Hat
Red Hat Linux includes simplified configuration tools for wireless networking. During the installation process the system will detect any wireless adapters and prompt you to enter connection passwords for any network in range. There is also a built-in administration tool if you install a wireless adapter later, or choose not to configure wireless during installation. Red Hat Linux also uses the 2.6.x kernel series, which means supported adapters are automatically detected and the drivers are loaded.
