Unpack. When you are setting up to assemble the booth, make it visually appealing without overcrowding. Neatly unpack items and place them in a logical order for easy assembly. Coordinate a dynamic color scheme to add visual appeal. Lay-out the display first to assure all the pieces coordinate.

Use the correct tools. Without bringing the right ones such as pliers, a hammer and screwdriver, you may have to run around at the last minute to borrow some. Create a checklist and check each item off, assuring every tool needed for efficient placement is packed when you leave for the event.

Remove trash and clutter. Hide unsightly electrical cords underneath the table or behind the display. Don't crowd it with too many materials. Place chairs for booth attendees behind the display table, safely away from traffic.

Neatly organize marketing materials. Make them visually appealing by setting them up in a fan-like pattern. Place them so the print and graphics face customers when they approach the table. Those that will buy later need the contact information. Having materials out allows them to quickly pick up a brochure if they are in a hurry and can't stop to chat.
