How to Stop RunOnce from Opening Every Time

RunOnce is a part of Internet Explorer that displays the initial welcome screen after you install the program and run it for the first time. It is fairly common for the welcome screen to appear every time Explorer starts up. You may also see a blank screen instead of your home page. Correcting this problem takes only a few minutes.
