How to Transfer Bookmarks From a PC to a Palm Treo 755P

If you have many favorite websites, it may be hard for you to memorize them all. Palm Desktop and HotSync software makes it easy to synchronize your favorites to your device. You no longer have to remember all of your favorite websites when navigating the web on your Palm Treo 755P. Once transferred, you can quickly access them from your Palm's media files. Each of your favorites will automatically load on your Palm's web browser.

  Download the Palm Desktop Manager and HotSync software (see Resource). Save the file to your desktop for easy access. Double-click the file, and follow the onscreen instructions for proper installation.

  Restart your computer. Attach one end of the USB cable to your Palm Treo. Attach the other end to the USB port on your desktop computer or laptop.

  Double-click the Palm Desktop Manager and HotSync software. Click "Options." Your computer's programs and files should appear.

  Locate your "Bookmarks" under the documents file. Click on it to select it. Click "Next." Choose your synchronization options. Click "Sync" to complete the process.
